ZOMBIE WALK AND FESTIVAL IN CAPE TOWN
You can run but you can’t hide, so join the dead in a gathering of apocalyptic proportions on Saturday, 29 October 2016 at Company Gardens at 6pm. The walk will end at Madison Avenue, on Mechau Street in the centre of Cape Town. Fellow zombie lovers will be pulling out all the stops with their costumes, so come dressed in your scariest outfit and make sure your make-up is suitably ghoulish – the more blood the better.
This is the seventh annual Zombie Walk, and the organisers have extended the walk to just over 4.5-km. Now you can shuffle, groan and limp your way around Cape Town for over an hour as you search the streets for brains. The walk is also pet friendly so bring your gizzard-sniffing werewolf-, erm dogs, along with you.
Straight after the walk, the Zombie Fest 2016 will take place at Madison Avenue, and with awesome bands on the line-up and a variety of zombie-friendly foods and drinks on sale, this will be a Halloween for the history books.
